Quality Assurance

Each product that Southington Tool & Mfg. Corp. manufactures is controlled by documented methods and instructions. Compliance to blueprint specifications is monitored through the inspection of key features at regular intervals during the manufacturing process.

Our Quality Assurance labs have fully automated inspection equipment with data collection providing in process control allowing "dock to stock" authorization from many of our customers.

Control Plans, SPC data, First Article Inspection Reports, System surveys and Gage R&R studies are among the many services we provide our customers. Copies of our Quality Policy Manual are available to our customers upon request. Our Quality Assurance technicians have the knowledge and experience to satisfy all the special needs of our customers.
