Each product that STMC manufactures is controlled by documented methods and instructions. Compliance to blueprint specifications is monitored through the inspection of key features at regular intervals during the manufacturing process.

Our Quality Assurance labs have fully automated inspection equipment with data collection providing in-process control allowing "dock to stock" authorization from many of our customers.

Control Plans, SPC analysis, First Article Inspection Reports, In-Process Inspection, System surveys and D.O.E. studies are among the many services we provide our customers. Value Added operations such as PPAP's, capability studies, installation, operational and performance qualifications are available tools Southing Tool offers customers.  Copies of our Quality Policy Manual are available to our customers upon request. Our Quality Assurance technicians have the knowledge and experience to satisfy all the special needs of our customers.
