Southington Tool & Mfg. Corp. is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Hart as Tool Room Supervisor. Michael comes to STMC with a wealth of experience in tool and die design and build. He has worked as a tool and die maker for 36 years, and as a supervisor in that field for 20. Michael has completed green belt certification in Six Sigma. When asked what his favorite part of the job is, Michael replied he enjoys the entire tooling process. He likes to be involved in the concept, design, build, and finally the debugging of the tool.
