Metal Stamping
STMC offers comprehensive metal stamping capabilities to satisfy your requirements from prototype to high-volume production. We produce a wide range of stamped parts used in today’s most advanced industries, including the medical, automotive, aircraft, scientific, electrical, hardware, and environmental markets.
Metal Stamping Capabilities
Our facility has a variety of precision metal stamping equipment with capacities up to 100 tons, including power presses and fourslide machines. This gives us the flexibility to determine the best metal stamping process to meet your part specifications, timeline, and budget.
With this high-tech equipment, the manufacturing expertise of our team, and our ability to design and build tooling in-house, STMC can seamlessly produce even the most complex parts. Intricate geometries, sharp bends and twists, and multiple cuts can all be achieved cost-effectively.
After metal stamping, we can provide a variety of post-processing services, including cleaning, heat treating, deburring, polishing, and more. These secondary steps give your part the additional strength, conductivity, corrosion resistance, or aesthetic finish your application requires.
