Principal and Post Processing, Shipping and Receiving Manager

Allen has been with STMC since 1997. Allen holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Allen has been managing people and processes for most of his career. At STMC he is responsible for most of the post processing of stampings and wire forms, inventory control, shipping and receiving. He is key to getting parts expedited through the shop as well as our suppliers and to the customer. Allen is proactive in the community working with local schools to inform students about careers in manufacturing and has successfully recruited many to work at STMC and other local manufacturers
