We specialize in progressive die stamping, CNC and conventional wire forming, and additional value-added secondary assembly services. We offer services from prototype to high- and low-volume manufacturing. Our tooling is designed and built in-house.

How long does the manufacturing process take from P.O. to production?
The timeline will vary depending on project scope and production quantities requested. We are known for our early project Design for Manufacturing (DFM) consultation, open and consistent communication, and on-time delivery. We strive to meet or exceed your expectations.
Does STMC have a minimum project size for quotes?
No, we will quote projects from protype to full production. Once we present the quote, you can decide if it is viable to move forward.
What certifications does STMC hold?
We hold current and valid ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications.
Does STMC offer tours of their facility to potential and current customers?
Yes, we welcome potential and current customers to visit our facility, see our capabilities, and discuss your project needs with our team.
What types of equipment are currently utilized at STMC?
Our facility includes:
- (2) Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines
- (1) HAAS CNC Milling machine
- (28) Nilson Fourslide wire forming machines of various sizes and capabilities
- (6) production stamping presses up to 100 tons, including 1 Bruderer 60-ton high-speed stamping press
- (5) secondary operation/assembly presses
- (1) Branson ultrasonic cleaning and citric passivation line
- (1) vacuum annealing oven
- Full toolroom capabilities, including tool design
- Fully equipped QA lab that utilizes the latest Keyence vision measurement equipment
- Deburr and polish capabilities
- Dedicated sub-assembly secondary room dedicated to performing small, delicate operations
